S/N 42-64481 455thBG/741st BS, OMIAKINBAK was bombing an oil refinery in Upper Silesia on July 7th, 1944 when it suffered damage from ground fire. The crew escaped by parachute but the aircraft was lost. Its remains were partially excavated near Petrkovice, Moravia
