P-51C-11-NT "Evalina" Unit: ex 26th FS, 51st FG, USAAC Serial: 278 (44-10816) The aircraft was hit by gunfire on January 16th 1945 and belly landed on Suchon Airfield in China which was held by the Japanese. The Japanese repaired the aircraft; roughly applied Hinomarus and flew the aircraft to the Fussa evaluation centre (now Yokota Air Base) in Japan.
